The Gallery AI is the AI consulting and teaching business of Thomas Tamine, based in Sydney, Australia. It’s the same person and the same operation behind The Gallery Real Estate Agency Pty Limited, ABN 99 643 017 074.
This policy covers the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you download a resource, we ask for your name, email address, business name and team size. You can also add your mobile number, your industry and a line about what you’d like to fix. Those three are optional.
When you use the contact page, we receive whatever you choose to write.
Our website host keeps standard web server logs, which are the ordinary record of requests made to a site.
Why we collect it
Two reasons. To send you the resource you asked for. To follow up about it, in case there’s something useful we can add.
That’s the whole list. You’re not being added to a marketing list or a newsletter. We’re not asking for marketing consent, so campaigns aren’t going to start arriving later.
Where your details go
The website is hosted by Netlify, which is where what you send through the site is stored. Email is sent through Resend. Both are overseas providers, so your details may be processed outside Australia.
Nothing is sold, rented or given to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while they’re still useful to the conversation we’re having. Ask us to delete them and we will.

This site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. There’s nothing here that follows you to other websites.
